Afterschool Enrichment

  • Students must be currently enrolled at Sunstone Montessori to enroll in our after school enrichment classes.
  • Students enrolled in enrichment classes will be escorted to their enrichment class by Sunstone staff.
  • Parents may pick their children up directly from the enrichment class. Children enrolled in Aftercare will be escorted back to Aftercare and parents can pick up from Aftercare as usual.

Elementary Chess with The Knight School

Description: Justin Jones of The Knight School offers an after school chess class at Sunstone for current Elementary students ages 6-12 years old. All levels of experience are welcome. Enrolled students will meet with Justin weekly to learn tricks, strategies, and tactics that lead to a love and mastery of chess. Parents can pick their child up from the gym foyer after class. Children who are enrolled in Aftercare will be escorted back to Aftercare for their regular pick-up. New students will receive a TKS T-Shirt, chess set, and chess bag.
