Background: Matthew is the parent of two current Sunstone students, Serena (Elementary) and Elias (Children’s House). He programs computers both professionally and as a hobby, and has led software teams at Fortune 500 companies as well as startups. He also founded an online education company that taught more than 100,000 students how to build mobile apps. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, with a special interest in education, pedagogy, and cognitive development.
