Bring a blanket or chairs, and a picnic, and join us for a day of community swaps, face painting, scavenger hunt, games, friendship, and outdoor exploration on our beautiful, natural, 12-acre Milwaukie campus!
Volunteers Needed: Community Day wouldn’t be community without your participation. Community participation is key to our success. From set up, to face painting, to clean up, we can use as many hands as possible. Please pitch in and sign up below!
Fall Community Day 2024
We are excited to continue our back to school fall tradition of gathering together for a day of community. Many of you know this day as Fall Festival.
Now that we are one school with two campuses, we will celebrate our entire community on our new, expansive Milwaukie campus!
We hope you will join us for:
- Face Painting
- Scavenger Hunt
- Used Book Exchange
- Used Clothing Exchange
- Corn Hole
- Bean Bag Toss
- Discounted Gala & Auction Tickets
- Exploring the 12 acres of natural area including fields, trails, blueberry patch, pond, goats, and beautiful stands of oak trees
Bring in books and clothing
Time for one of our favorite community swaps! Are you ready to refresh your child’s wardrobe for the new school year? Community Day is the time to do it.
Here’s how:
- Bring in clean, gently used fall or winter children’s clothes, shoes, and outerwear (no socks or underwear) and/or your gently used books to the collection box during drop-off. Collection boxes will be in the courtyard @ Woodstock, and in the office @ Milwaukie from September 4th to 25th.
- At Fall Community Day, visit the clothing exchange and the used book exchange and rebuild your child’s wardrobe and library for the new school year!
