2026 Graduation Ceremony

Thursday, June 11th

  • Bring a flower to drop off to be used in our graduation ceremony
  • Last Day of School, all programs will run as normal

Friday, June 12th

  • No School
  • Graduation Ceremony @ Milwaukie (outdoors)
  • Honoring Graduates from Children’s House, Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, and Middle School
  • 9:00-11:00 a.m.
    • 8:45 a.m. drop off for all participants

Who Will Participate

All students graduating from the Children’s House, Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, and Middle School will join the opening procession and be honored on stage.

All Elementary and Middle School students who are not graduating are warmly invited to join the opening procession.

Audience

All families are invited to attend. We’re moving our graduation ceremony outdoors to the expansive Milwaukie campus so that we have room to gather as a full community and celebrate the steady growth and progression of our students across program levels.

Graduation Ceremony Details

Parking

Please park in the North Clackamas Park Complex & Ball Fields Parking Lot and enter through the west gate.

Schedule

8:45 a.m. Drop Off & Seating

  • Graduates (all), Elementary students, & Middle School students can be dropped off with staff at the Milwaukie Campus Playground
  • All other attendees can find their seats

9:00 a.m. Procession with Flowers

  • Graduates (all), Elementary students, Middle School students, and staff
    • Each student and staff member in our procession carries a single flower donated by the families of our community. At the end of the procession, one by one, each flower is handed to Cathy to create beautiful bouquets that line the graduation stage and represent our community.
  • Lower Elementary 1st & 2nd year students will join their parents in the audience after the procession Please save seats accordingly.

9:10 a.m. Opening Remarks from Head of School

9:15-11:00 a.m. Graduation Ceremony

  • We will honor the graduates in the following order: Children’s House, Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, Middle School
  • Children’s House graduates will join their parents in the audience after they are honored on stage. Please save seats accordingly.
  • All other participants will remain seated with staff for the duration of the ceremony.

Important Notes

  • The play structure near the ceremony is off limits. It belongs to the church and does not meet Oregon child care licensing requirements for school use. Please be mindful of your childrens’ whereabouts for the duration of the ceremony and kindly remind them that the church play structure is off limits.
  • Please bring your own water.
