What is ParentsWeb?

ParentsWeb is the parents portal of our new online database, RenWeb.
 In ParentsWeb: 
  • You will fill out your child’s annual enrollment form before the start of school
  • You will have access to all of your family information (contact information, medical information, emergency contacts, pick-up authorization, etc.)
  • You will be able to make changes to any of your information (change of address, new email, new allergy, etc.) and it will automatically update our database.
  • You will have access to the school directory after everyone’s enrollment forms are submitted. (For classroom directories go to Directories – Password: Sunstone)

Login to ParentsWeb:

  • In order to login to ParentsWeb you must first create an account (see below). Once you have created an account you can login.
  • Go to www.renweb.com.
  • Select Logins from the menu bar
  • Select ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu
  • Enter SUN-OR into the District Code field.
  • Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided. If you have not created a ParentsWeb login, please follow the instructions below and save your ParentsWeb login information for future access.

Please note: For full access to ParentsWeb on your mobile device you must get the “ParentsWeb Home” app. If you do not wish to get the app you can login on a desktop for full access. You can view the directory on your mobile device without the app.

Create a ParentsWeb Account:

 To access ParentsWeb, you must first create an account.

  • Please go to www.renweb.com.
  • Select Logins from the menu bar
  • Select ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
  • Select Create New ParentsWeb Account.
  • Enter SUN-OR into the District Code field.
  • Enter your email address in the email field. You must use the same email you provided in your enrollment to the school.
  • Click the Create Account button.
  • You will receive an email from RenWeb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  • Click on the link in your email. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided or create a new username.
  • Type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm field.
  • Click Save Username and/or Password button. Remember them.
  • Close the window.

Get ParentsWeb App:

Please note: For full access to ParentsWeb on your mobile device you must get the “ParentsWeb Home” app. If you do not wish to get the app you can login on a desktop for full access. You can view the directory on your mobile device without the app. 

  • Search for and install the “ParentsWeb Home” app if you wish.
  • Open the app or Login again using your new username and password.

 Access/Change Your Family Information:

  • Login to ParentsWeb on a desktop or Open the app on your mobile device
  • Click School (Information)
  • Click Web Forms
  • Click on the form you wish to change and edit
  • Click Save

Access the Directory:

(For classroom directories go to Directories – Password: Sunstone)

  • Login to ParentsWeb on desktop or Open the app on your mobile device
  • Click School (Information)
  • Click Directory (this will give you the whole school directory)

Access Forms and Resource Documents:

Medical Authorization Form, Food Allergy Action Plan, Oregon Certificate of Immunization Status, Family Handbooks

  • Login to ParentsWeb on a desktop or Open the app on your mobile device
  • Click School (Information)
  • Click Resources
  • Click on the form you wish to access
