Children’s Used Clothing Exchange:
Once again Girl Scout troop #40011, consisting of Sunstone students, is organizing a used children’s clothing exchange at the Fall Festival. This is an extremely popular event and a wonderful way to supplement your rapidly growing children’s wardrobes for next to nothing!
How to participate: Bring in clean, gently used children’s clothes, shoes and outerwear (no socks or underwear please) to the dropbox in the Commons of the main building until Friday, October 4. Then on Friday, October 5th, you can visit the clothing exchange booth at the Fall Festival and replenish your childrens’ wardrobes.
No clothes to donate? You can still get a deal! There is a suggested $5 donation per bag at the Fall Festival. Last year the girls raised $200 for local Girl Scouts in need and many families walked away with a bag (or more) of new-to-them clothes! Win-win!
